Delicious Dijon Marinade
Ingredients
- 1 cup (250 mL) Astro® Original Balkan Plain 6% yogourt
- ¼ cup (60 mL) lemon juice
- 1 tbsp (15 mL) Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp (5 mL) Worcestershire sauce
- ¼ cup (60 mL) olive oil
- 1 clove minced garlic
- Salt and pepper
Preparation
- Combine all ingredients and mix well. Pour over beef or chicken. This will marinate 1-2 pounds of meat.
